30 Day Challenge

Welcome to the 30 Day Challenge! Do you want to lose weight, have more energy and feel better then you ever have? You have come to the right place! Our 30 Day Challenge is designed to help you achieve the results you want at our lowest price. You also receive a Free Consultation with our Nutritionist Jennifer Weintz, RHN.


1. Choose your 4 week meal plan below.

2. . Choose your delivery area and proceed to checkout.

3. Once paid our Nutritional Questionnaire will show up. Please fill that out and hit submit. The questionnaire will be emailed to our Nutritionist and she will be in touch within 24 hours.

4. Order your meals – A promo code will be emailed to you which you will use at checkout. Your Challenge is good for 4 weeks (8 deliveries) and WILL EXPIRE after your 4 weeks. Make sure you are ordering the proper amount of meals in your meal plan each week to account for the 4 weeks. See the guide below to know how many meals to order off each menu.

*Order deadlines – Sunday/Monday Delivery/Pick up order deadline is Thursday’s by 11pm. If you miss this deadline you may still order for the last half of the week Wednesday/Thursday Delivery/Pick up by 8pm on Monday’s.
