All our meals are professionally prepared by our Chef’s from our production kitchen in the beautiful Fraser Valley, BC. We offer delivery throughout the Vancouver & Fraser Valley region.

Order cutoff is every Friday at noon for delivery or pick-up the following Monday.

In order to prevent orders being received late, the online ordering system is disabled from Friday at noon to Monday morning. If Monday delivery or pick-up is unsuitable for you, please contact us and we will accommodate as best we can.

Each order is carefully packed into an insulated cold-box so that they always arrive fresh & ready to eat! We offer free delivery on all orders over $150.

We are committed to sourcing ingredients with the highest levels of available vitamins, minerals & superfoods. We support local vendors and only use quality free-range poultry and grass-fed beef in all our meals.
